Walking distance to Shad Thames, More London, Bermondsey Street (<5 mins), Tower Hill station, Bermondsey and Borough (10-15 mins). Location is perfect if you work in the City/London Bridge/Southwark/Waterloo etc, thus saving substantially on travel costs.

BEDROOM
The room includes a chest of drawers, large desk and double bed, with large window providing natural light and view of the Shard. There is handy storage underneath the bed. There is a large wardrobe too just outside of the bedroom.

AMENITIES
Flat has a gas boiler, new shower unit and spacious kitchen. The kitchen has gas hobs, an oven and washing machine. I also have some cutlery, plates, pots and pans etc. Duvet/pillow not provided for hygiene reasons.

THE BUILDING
The flat is on the third floor and there is a fully functioning lift. There are two flats per floor (4 floors total), There is an intercom and secure key fob to get into the building.

BILLS
Bills aren't included. Bills include gas and electricity, fibre broadband, service charge, water rates and council tax (band D). This equates to £250pcm and is payable in addition based on a fair use policy.
