Looking for someone long term to take over a room in a 4 bedroom house share. The house is very nice, well kept and I don't think you could get a better landlord to be honest. Location is ideal, just a short 4-minute walk to Stepney green station, 10-minutes to white chapel station and 15-minutes to mile end giving you access to Hammersmith and city, District, Elizabeth, Overground, and the Central line. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and therefore very quite while still feeling central because of the transport links. The room itself is stand alone at the top of the house so ideal for privacy. it is very spacious and while it does come with all the furniture shown in the pictures, the landlord is pretty flexible and you can chop and change things as you like provided you confirm with the landlord. Bills come to £110.70 a month and we have a cleaner that comes every two weeks.

Although I am in charge of arranging viewings, it will ultimately fall on the remaining house mates Jakub (PhD student), Himanshi (post-doc in pure maths), Simran (Civil servant), and Gillie our Landlord. The vibes are immaculate and so it is important that whoever takes the room is also a nice, easy going person, who values cleanliness.
