Hi! We're Anna and Sabina, two full-time professionals looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home.
We're friendly, open-minded, trustworthy, and easy-going people with busy lives. While we each have our own routines and independence, we value creating a warm, welcoming home environment and are looking for someone who feels the same.
The available room is located downstairs, next to the kitchen and living area, with a lovely view of the garden. Our bedrooms, along with the bathroom and separate toilet, are upstairs.
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk, and chair. It has beautiful wooden flooring in excellent condition, which continues throughout the downstairs living areas.
The carpet in the hallway, on the stairs, and in the upstairs bedrooms is also in great condition.
We spend a lot of time in our bright and airy living room, which gets plenty of natural light. We enjoy a good balance of personal space and shared time together - sometimes we're all doing our own thing, whether that's relaxing in our rooms or spending time in the kitchen and living area, but we also enjoy catching up over dinner, watching a film, or simply spending time together.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just a flat share. For us, this is a purposeful and considerate living arrangement where everyone contributes to creating a comfortable, harmonious home. We'd love to find someone who enjoys socialising from time to time and is keen to be part of the household, rather than simply renting a room.
As the available room is next to the shared living space, we're all mindful of noise and respectful of each other's routines.
The kitchen was fully renovated by our wonderful landlady when I moved in six years ago (Sabina moved in four years ago). It's modern, clean, and well-equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. We both love cooking and spend a lot of time in the kitchen.
The bathroom upstairs includes a bathtub.
Transport links are excellent: the flat is a five-minute walk from Shadwell DLR Station, a seven-minute walk from Shadwell Overground Station, and there's a bus stop right outside the house.
From Shadwell DLR, it's just five minutes to Bank.
Whitechapel Commercial Road is also only a five-minute walk away, with convenient shopping options including Iceland, Sainsbury's Local, and Watney Market.

We're very lucky to have a fantastic landlady who takes great care of the property and is always helpful. In return, we take pride in looking after our home and are looking for a housemate who is respectful, considerate, tidy, and happy to contribute fairly to keeping our shared spaces clean and well maintained.
