Short term let and serious enquiries only. No time wasters please. The room is very cosy, but please be aware it a small space. The house is from the 1800s so it has its quirks. Possibility for single occupancy only despite double bed. The room comes with an integrated wardrobe , under bed storage and attic space for storing things too. If this is not sufficient, you can have access to the shed too. There is a very comfortable double bed with a small bedside table and lamp. visits welcome!
Shared spaces include bathroom kitchen and living room with a little wood burner.
I am looking for a laid back, kind and clean flatmate to share this space with me. Goudhurst is a lovely little village if you enjoy being close to London and Tunbridge wells, but far enough to enjoy the countryside and all it has to offer.
