I have an Ensuite room available in a converted barn with fabulous sunset views over the valley and am fairly flexible on moving in dates - more focussed on getting the right person. The bedroom also has a walk in wardrobe and is undoubtedly my favourite room in the house
I'm looking to share with someone friendly and with a live and let live attitude though I'm happy if you're sociable or just like your own space. You'll have to be a dog lover as I have a nervous rescue dog who is really affectionate once she takes to someone. You'll have use of the garden and outside space, a large kitchen/diner and a front room. Parking is available.
There is also some room in the workshop if you want to keep tools/gardening stuff etc.
For those that don't know Hawkhurst, it has a Kino cinema, cafe, bakery, butchers, hair salon, pubs, Waitrose and Tesco in the village.
