It is ideally located immediately opposite the main supermarket (co-op) and a minute away from the bus stops to the campus, Milton Keynes or Bedford.. It is about a 10/15 minute cycle ride from campus. The village pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance of the property.

The flat is situated above the local accountancy office and has two entrances; a front door on the High Street side and a rear entrance, leading through a secure courtyard where bikes may be stored.

The communal areas in the flat are the large kitchen/dining room and the two bathrooms- one with a shower cubicle, toilet and basin and the other with a bath with shower over it, toilet and basin.
