We have a double bedroom available complete with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and desk.
We will soon be installing a large flat screen TV on the wall and an Xbox One for your use.

The bathroom, living area, dining area and kitchen is shared with the main householders. There is access to washing machine and tumble dryer. Please excuse the mess in the pictures but I run a small business from home.

Please be advised that we have a small dog, two cats and a vivarium in the living area with 4 small leopard geckos.

This is the perfect accommodation for peace and quiet as the house is in a quiet village but not too far from the town centre or the M1 motorway exit for anyone needing to travel for work.
Rent includes all cost of bills and council tax.
