Just a basic room as pictures will show , my other lodger is Ghana and has been here two years ,he has been a very good lodger which two of him 😂 , we are very chilled , we both work , I’ll give you space in kitchen cupboard and share of a fridge , have washing machine and tumble dry , , no extra bill , have WiFi , some time my roommate can be loud but who isn’t , if you tell him he quiets down he’s young . I’m very approachable and reason room is cheap is one it’s small but I’m not greedy , just enough to cover my rent and poll tax , if interested please ring me and leave a message with your name so I can call you back , if Interested it’s £300 up front for rent and £100deposit which I keep till you move out , also the £100deposit is taken if you want me to hold the room till date you move in . Won’t hold room with out deposit , remember please it’s not the Hilton hotel is a all male house 😂😂last thing most Saturday morning my grandchildren come down about 9 am to see me for a few hours so might be noisy, that’s it really .IF YOU WANT ROOM HAVE TO LEAVE ME £100 to take it off site THEN IF YOU TSKE ROOM YOU PAY £300 before you move in then THERE £100 you gave I keep as deposit for room until you move out , if CHANGE MIND AND DONT WANT ROOM I KEEP THE £100 as could have rented to some one else cheers p. sIF YOU DONT GET AN ANSWER PLEASE LEAVE MESSAGE WILL GET BACK TO YOU WHEN IM FREE CHEERS
