I am a live in landlord and have a shop restoring antiques below the house . I think the set up here suits somebody looking for a comfortable room , whilst working during the week . My last lodger worked 5 days a week and stayed during weeknights , and actually went back to his home and partner in Bristol at weekends, that arrangement works well here . Sorry no students or work from homers , as the set up here just isn't suitable .
Kind regards Andrew
