Large parking area which is gated. Due to location will only suit someone with a driving licence and also happy around animals 1 dog & 1 cat both overly needy. Unlimited fibre broadband. Good access to motorway network M6 & M1, under 30 minutes to Manchester Airport by car. Suitable for females due to my daughter staying over to look after the dog when I am away with work. I would prefer someone looking for longer term and definitely someone I get along with as a house mate is of more interest than the money.
