We have a large fully furnished double room coming up to rent in a large beautiful Victorian house a short walk from Northwich centre.
The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, television stand, chest of drawers, a desk with chair, bedside tables and a large mirror. The room is also fitted with a TV aerial, if you wish to bring your own TV for your room.

Hi speed Wifi is throughout the house.

In the house there will is a fully equipped spacious kitchen consisting of a large range cooker, three fridge freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. You will have your own storage in the kitchen.

Your rent includes unlimited BT Infinity broadband, council tax, water, TV license, gas/electric and a weekly cleaner. So there will be no additional bills for you to pay.
The house is cleaned weekly.

We have Guests from the Hut Group and from other company's on the Gadbrook business park.

Whilst we do have ample off road parking. there are several bus stops at the end of the drive. One mile away is the main A556 with direct links to Chester, Manchester and the M6.
