The house is on a very quiet estate, no main road noise at all with a green area/park out front, and a nature meadow just behind my house. If you like cycling, 30 seconds and you are onto quiet country lanes, and straight onto the Cheshire Cycleway.
The house is a 3 min drive from all major supermarkets and shops, 2 mins into countryside walks. The house is outside of Congleton, in Somerford, and is near the Congleton bypass, perfect for commuting to nearby areas. Holmes Chapel/Sandbach are 10/15 mins drive, and Macclesfield around 20 mins. Just under 10 mins to Congleton train station. Manchester is a 40 min train journey.
