The room has a very large fitted wardrobe, a double bed with gas lift-up under-bed storage, tall chest of drawers & bedside cabinet. There is room to put a chair in the room if required. All bedding, sheets, towels, duvet & pillows will be provided brand new for your comfort.

The room has exclusive use of the shower room in the next room which has a shower cubicle, bathroom cabinet, vanity sink unit and toilet.

Shared facilities include a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer, toaster, oven and other mod cons. There is a brand new fridge/freezer which would be exclusively for your use along with ample cupboard space for your food etc. We have a shared dining room, a conservatory/lounge with large TV and a large garden. Parking is off road outside the property.
