We're looking for someone to join our friendly four-bedroom home, around a 10–12 minute walk from West Hampstead and just 10 minutes from both Kilburn and Cricklewood. With the Jubilee line, Overground and Thameslink all within easy walking distance, it's a fantastic location for commuting across London.

This is the largest bedroom in the house and is perfect if you're looking for extra space and privacy. Located on the ground floor, it feels like its own private part of the house. The room comes furnished with a double bed and large wardrobes, with plenty of space for additional furniture such as a desk, sofa or workspace.

One of the standout features is your own private bathroom (located just across the hallway and used exclusively by you), complete with a shower, toilet and sink. The room also has large doors opening directly onto the garden, bringing in lots of natural light and giving you your own private access outside. A dedicated parking space is also available if needed.

The room is available from 7th August. Rent is £1,750 per month, with bills typically coming to around £100–£130 per month.

The house itself is what really makes living here special. We have a large living room where we watch films, football and boxing together, a spacious kitchen, a conservatory that's perfect for poker nights, barbecues and social evenings, and a big garden that's ideal for relaxing during the summer. The whole house is bright, spacious and kept clean and tidy.

The three current housemates have all known each other for years and have built a genuinely friendly home together. Our fourth housemate is moving on, so we're looking for someone to take their place. We're a sociable house and always happy if someone wants to join us for a chat, watch a film or head to the pub, but we also respect everyone's own space and routines.

We're open to professionals, students, singles or couples. Pets can be discussed, and smoking is absolutely fine as long as it's outside. Above all, we're looking for someone who's respectful, easy to live with and will enjoy being part of the house.
