Hi, we are Liam and Seb we have lived at our current address since April 2025. We are two friendly professionals who enjoy a mix of socialising and respecting each other's space.

Our current housemate, Luke, is sadly moving out after moving in with us when we got the place. He has just bought his own place with his girlfriend, so we are on the lookout for someone else to take his room.

Both Seb and I really enjoy living here and hope to find someone who enjoys living here as much as us, there’s a lot of parks around and we only live a 10 minute away walk from Hampstead Heath that we regularly run around. The flat is about a 15 to 20 minute walk away from the northern line and well serviced by multiple bus routes, 10 minutes from Thameslink and has easy access to airports from Golders Green Coach Station.

The total rent for the place is £2300 which amounts to £766 each, bills are not included and are about £115 each.
