I am going abroad for 2 months and subletting my room. July and August

SHORT LET ONLY!! I will only reply to message you start with: short let only.

Here some practical information:
Master and massive double room on 1st floor. Room comes with: comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, 2 arm chairs, desk with chair, mirror (the wardrobe will be locked, so not available). Majority of accessories you will see in the pics will be removed. I can leave at your disposal: 1 set of sheet, duvet, cushions, 2 towels. The Master Room has got a huge window, and plenty of sun lighting up the room. Curtains will make the job when you need privacy/dark. You can see amazing sunsets from the window.
The House: 2 floors. Ground floor includes the kitchen (comes with all the necessaries such as table with chairs, hobs, oven, microwave, new washing machine, 2 fridges - you will share one with a female housemate- and storage). The bathroom comes with a bathtub and separated toilet. Two rooms here occupied by 2 males. The bedroom next to yours on the first floor, is occupied by a female.
We have a huge terrace that you can enjoy, with plenty of nice plants, a huge table with chairs!
Location: literally in front of Willesden Green Station. It-s one minute walking distance (or less). Perfect for commuting to central London, we are on the Jubilee line: you get to central London in 10 minutes!
Rent: I am happy to rent for a min of 4 weeks to a max of 8 weeks. Rent per week is £230, rent pcm is £850. Its required a deposit of £200 to cover possible damages or booking cancellation. Deposit will be notified through email (paid by pay pal or bank transfer only, no cash) and released the same day you will leave the house if no damages or loss.

Note: we live with 2 cats, that do not come on the first floor, they only hang out around my housemate 's room and sometimes in the kitchen just to get out into the terrace. You will barely notice them. Cats are not allowed in the room!

Rent includes: room, usage of facilities, garden/roof, bathroom, WIFI, all bills included!! And once a month a cleaner who cleans the mutual area. In general, if you use the kitchen, clean after yourself and keep the bathroom to a good standard.

House rules: very chilled atmosphere and not a party house, although we like some music (reasonable hours) and to keep it clean as we go.
Perfect for a short stay in London, and if you need a easy commute to central without breaking the bank!
