Large Garden bedroom looking over our garden in our 2-bedroom Garden Flat available nowt. You share with a mid-60s professional Bulgarian Musician. I am the landlord and live in the garden studio or away. The room has loads of cupboards/storage and shelves, with double doors that open out onto the really lovely garden. The room, and the whole flat, offers high ceilings and a sense of space. The flat is quite large and is one of only two in an Edwardian building that is around a five minute walk from Willesden Green Tube Station (Zone II Jubilee Line). The lounge room is particularly huge and really nice. Large 42" telly. You have largely exclusive use of your own large bathroom directly opposite your bedroom door, so it's effectively "ensuite". Bathroom has a large, deep bath in it, with a hand-held shower head. The shower has a pump, so the pressure is good.
We are in a tree-lined, quiet street and are pretty laid back. You need to stay at least 6 months, but long term is on the table if everybody is okay with that. All bills included (including Sky in lounge and in your room), a months' rent required in advance and a month's bond, which you get back when you leave (minus the costs of any unreasonable damage; this has rarely if ever happened). This is we hope very much a peaceful home - and not a party household. The rent goes up only every five years a little bit - one person upstairs had been resident for over 12 years!
