We‘re a friendly house share in NW2 London, made up of 3 people (soon to be 5 again!) and my cat Toni. I’m originally from Germany and currently work as a Front of House Manager in Mayfair, Dan is Australian and works for an energy company as a QA & Development Analyst and Kas is originally from Poland and she works in pricing at a major brand in the music industry. We like to consider ourselves a home away from home and all get along really well. We really enjoy socialising and doing things together inside and outside of home, but are all used to living in shared spaces and respect each other’s privacy and quiet.

Due to two of our long-term housemates moving out to a smaller home together, we are looking for two single people for two spacious, furnished and very well kept double rooms. The ideal move-in dates are between the 27th of April and the 1st of May but we are flexible by a couple of weeks. We are considering different lengths of stay, so please just reach out! Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay with us longer term.

The house was refurbished in 2016, receiving a kitchen extension and second bathroom as well as a complete redecoration of halls and rooms. We've made sure to retain its great condition over the years. We have two fridges, two washing machines, one with an integrated dryer and a free standing dryer as well. There’s a bunch of kitchen appliances and tools, so nothing to worry about on that front.

We're very clean and expect our new housemate to leave common areas tidy, clean appliances they used and generally pick up after themselves. In short, someone house-trained would be perfect.

The house itself is located in a residential neighbourhood with quite a few families living around - two off-licenses, a pub and two parks are in walking distance. There are two bus stops 2 and 5 minutes walking distance that will take you to the nearest Tesco Extra or Brent Cross shopping centre (has a Waitrose) in 10-15 minutes or Lidl in 5-10 minutes as well as tube stations: Neasden for Jubilee Line max 10 minutes by bus and a 5 minute walk, Dollis Hill for Jubilee Line is a 25 minute walk away, Wembley Park for Metropolitan Line is around 15-20 minutes by bus, Brent Cross Rail station is a 10 minute walk or bus ride, Brent Cross tube station for the Northern Line is 15 minutes away, and Golders Green for the Bakerloo is max 20 minutes by bus. Kilburn and Willesden Green are about 25 minutes to half an hour away by bus. Although if you cycle, this is a good place to be as so many different tube lines are accessible very quickly!

The price includes all bills and council tax, reliable high-speed internet, etc. We are looking for two single people, a couple can unfortunately not be accommodated. There is a refundable deposit of £500 for stays that exceed 1 month. If you're only interested in staying for a few weeks or a month we will not need a deposit, but will request the full rent to be paid in advance.
