The 2 story house is part of a set of five recently built houses, located in a private close, with front and back gardens, private entrance, and free parking available (currently no tenant occupies it, so it's free for the taking). It's a great and very amicable neighbourhood in a very calm area.

The house is located a ~15 minute walk from Willesden Green station and ~10 minutes from Dollis Hills station, with a bus stop right in front of the house served by the 226 taking you to Golders Green and Ealing. Also we live right in front of Gladstone Park, lovely for workouts and leisure activities.
There's Lidl, Sainsbury's, Coop, Iceland, gyms, dry cleaners all in a 10-15 minutes radius.

The house has 3 other tenants (2 males, 1 female), all between 26 and 29, Adam, Ashish, and Riddhi. We're looking for someone who is sociable and tidy, looking for a home rather than an accommodation with a bed. Someone who enjoys a cuppa or a drink together, the occasional Risk and our summer barbecues, but appreciates privacy and personal space. We're running a cleaning rota and we're looking for someone who appreciates keeping the house tidy and clean.
