Hi! I am looking for a female tenant preferably. I'm renting out the second bedroom in my flat as I live in the first bedroom. There is no living room but we have common space in the kitchen with a kitchen table. There is spacious bathroom and a separate toilet. Dollis hill tube station (jubilee line) is 6 minutes walk from the house and takes 15 minutes to Bond street.
I consider short let minimum of 1 month up to long term let 12 months.
