The flat is a lovely two bed two bath flat, clean and functional with terrace from living room. Plenty of privacy for both rooms with one room and en-suite bathroom on main floor and the other on upper floor.

This is a great share for a full time student / professional who is clean and quiet and wants a lovely room to call a home away from home. Great for relocating professionals as well who want a fully furnished room. It feels more at home than a hotel, but more private than a friend's place.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Room has a desk, chest of drawers, small closet with shelves and hanging space, bedside reading lamp and desk lamp, table mirror, and wall mirror, hooks behind the door.

Duvet and pillows are provided. Bedsheets, towels provided on request.

Bathroom has plenty of shelf space and drawers. Towel heating rack during winter and clothes hanging rack.

You can also relax on the terrace in the summer.

Tenants clean their own room and bathroom every two weeks and share cleaning of shared spaces every weekend.

Washing mashine is available in the flat.

Tenants have use of the kitchen, and terrace. Kitchen is well equipped and cute. Rules of the house is to be considerate to leave no dirty dishes in the sink, put away all washed dishes at night and leave counters and stove top clean after each cooking.

Landlord is happy to have some pre-arranged TV time together. Landlord provides sky and Netflix account for you to watch in your own room on your computer.
