Was my family home but now separated and expensive to run by myself so looking to find a tidy professional person that can share the enjoyment of a nice home in a nice area. Ps both rooms with be freshly decorated before being rented out which I might leave for the new lodger/tenant to choose so you can have a personal touch as long as it goes with rest of decor.
