Good-sized furnished double room available in a comfortable two-bedroom flat in a quiet, leafy part of Crowthorne.
The room has a double bed and plenty of built-in wardrobe/storage space. You'd have full shared use of the kitchen, large living/dining room, bathroom and balcony. The flat is around a 15-minute walk from Crowthorne station, with local shops and several nature reserves and walking routes nearby. Free on-street parking is available.
£675 per month including bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax and broadband).
I'm a science teacher in my early 30s and am looking for a friendly, considerate professional to share the flat with. I'd particularly welcome someone working in the NHS, police, state education or another public-service role, although I'm very happy to hear from professionals in other fields too.
I'm fairly relaxed and sociable and would like the flat to feel like a home rather than simply two people occupying separate rooms, while also respecting each other's space and privacy.
The room is available for full-time/7-day occupancy. Hybrid working is absolutely fine, although someone who generally works away from home during the working week would probably be the best fit.
Please send me a little information about yourself, what you do for work, your usual working pattern and when you're hoping to move.
