The house is situated down a quiet tree-lined residential road within walking distance of a local shopping parade, regular bus lines and tram links.

The housemates are all young working professionals who enjoy a peaceful environment but also value connection. This is not a house where people shut themselves away in their bedrooms and never interact; it’s a homely home where people respect each other’s space but also enjoy chatting in the kitchen, sharing a meal occasionally, and maintaining a positive, easygoing atmosphere.
