Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate for one of the double bedrooms in a beautiful and spacious flat. I would ideally prefer a member from the LGBTQ+ community however I am open. You will either need a good credit score, or have a guarantor. I really value cleanliness and a peaceful environment, as well as happy to have occasional gatherings. It only takes approx 15 mins by train to London Bridge and Victoria from the nearest station.

While Croydon might seem far, it’s very well connected. Some of the furniture will be upgraded, and I’ll post pictures soon. There are two rooms: one large double with en-suite (more spacious and costs a bit more) and a smaller double room and bigger separate bathroom which I currently use, if they’d prefer a lower rent.

The walls are thick, so noise doesn’t travel much. I’m friendly, and you’re welcome to come by, visit, and discuss expectations. Feel free to reach out!
