A fully furnished double room is available in my own home on Davidson Road, East Croydon — a short walk from East Croydon Station, with fast trains to London Bridge, Victoria, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross and Gatwick and Redhill.

I’ll be overseas until April, so I’m looking for a responsible, easy-going professional to enjoy the space while I’m away. It’s a friendly, relaxed household — sociable enough for a chat in the kitchen, but definitely not a party house.

You’ll be sharing with three other easy-going professionals who keep things tidy and respectful.
