Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly female working professional (or mature student) to share my lovely two-bedroom home in Central Croydon. It’s just me living here, so you’ll only be sharing with one other person!

The room & house

The room is a furnished double with an ottoman bed offering plenty of under-bed storage, a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and small desk. It’s ideal for someone with a hybrid working set-up.

You’ll have full use of the rest of the house, including the lounge, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, and garden. There’s also a washer/dryer and a cleaner who comes twice a month.

Location

The house is on a quiet residential street but really well connected. East, South and West Croydon stations are all max 15-minute walk away, and the high street is less than 5 minutes away. There are also some lovely cafés, restaurants and green spaces nearby.

A little about me

I’m 36, a management consultant and work from home a couple of days a week. I enjoy cooking, travelling, working out and exploring new places. I’m also a big foodie, so always up for trying a new restaurant!

I’m sociable and would love to live with someone I can have a chat, laugh or a glass of wine with, but equally appreciate us both having our own space.

I take pride in keeping a clean and welcoming home, so I’m looking for someone who’s similarly conscientious.

Rent: £900 pcm including bills

This covers council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and fortnightly cleaning.
