Hello!

I am unfortunately moving out of my lovely, sunny double bedroom in a gorgeous queer household. I’ve had the best time living with these girls and am only moving due to location.

The house is 3 minutes walk from East Croydon Station and super convenient for traveling. 9 min train to Clapham junction, 14 to Victoria and 15 to London Bridge. Buses and trams (!) also take you more locally.

Room comes semi-furnished but willing to be flexible with what I leave behind for you! Bills are roughly £100 pm.

You’ll be living with 2 lovely girls who work semi remotely. The room is big and I’ve been very comfortable working from home here. The house is very friendly and we love a communal watch of something or hanging out while we cook. You’ll also be living with Buffy and Steven who are two very sweet black cats. They’ll pay as much attention to you as you do to them. I’m mildly allergic to cats and have had no issues with them.

Em - I'm a 29 year old queer woman. I'm really friendly and chatty. Would love to have someone in the home who wants to catch up about our days and have a lot of laughs together. I love a lil craft moment, going for a pint at the pub, I love to cook (oh also I'm vegan!-worth saying I don't care what you eat tho)
I woke from home 3 days a week in my lil office space. I'm working on a postgrad atm so will probably be home quite a bit working on that. I have 2 wonderful and friendly cats too!

Ally - I am in my late 20s, working primarily from home, though on occasion go into the office in central London. I am also both trans and queer.

As a housemate I am relatively quiet but I enjoy to socialise in the living room, share a meal, watch tv or play a board game. I like to cook, read and garden at home, and enjoy nature.

The room is available from 13/4/26 but very happy to be flexible for the right person. Looking forward to hearing from you :)
