Hi! I’m looking for a female to share my home.

The room is a spacious, fully furnished double with a newly refurbished private ensuite (toilet, sink and shower). It also includes a large double wardrobe, plenty of under-bed storage and a desk, making it ideal for someone who occasionally works from home.

You’ll only be sharing with one other person (me), so it’s a relaxed two-bedroom home rather than a busy house share.

The apartment has recently been refurbished throughout and offers a modern kitchen, bright living area and a balcony. It’s in a quiet residential area with great transport links

- Approximately 10–15 minutes’ walk to Thornton Heath Station
- Approximately 20–25 minutes’ walk (or a 10 minute bus ride) to East Croydon Station

There are also plenty of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and gyms gyms nearby.

I work full-time and genuinely love coming home to somewhere that’s peaceful, clean and relaxing.

I’m a big R&B and slow jams girl, love cooking and baking, and enjoy having a home that’s easy-going and comfortable. I’m always happy to have a chat over a cup of tea or a glass of wine, but I also appreciate everyone’s personal space and downtime.
