The room is available with study or work station, plenty of storage space, build in wardrobe with lots of storage, bathroom is very close to the room , limited use small kitchen available with personal fridge inside the room , can use the main kitchen for main cooking.
The rent is (£850 one) is inclusive of all the bills and unlimited Wi-Fi internet as well.
Separate washing machine for the tenant's use and Tumble dryer( only available to use with little bit extra charge per use.) The house is situated very close (5 mins walk)to the Therapia lane tram stop from here frequent trams connecting WEST AND EAST CROYDON train stations and MITCHEM JUNCTION/WIMBLEDON JUNCTION for train & tube stations also 5 mins walk to bus stop for 24 hours bus service to Croydon town centre and TOOTING St GEORGE'S HOSPITAL & tube station and close to CROYDON UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (MAY DAY).
