The flat comes with two double rooms (one is yours, one is mine), a spacious bathroom and a cute kitchen.

I own the flat - like to think I’m easy going and respectful. Like my own space. Clean, tidy and a cool spot to be in.

The flat is about a 12 min walk from East Croydon station and about 8 min walk from South Croydon station.

There are new parents staying in the flat underneath and they do have a new born. Just in case you’re a light sleeper! :)
