This is a gorgeous relatively new secure gated development with a calisthenics outside gym and shared heated pool. There is wooden parquet flooring throughout and is very high spec. The room comes with a double bed and large built in wardrobes. The living room has floor to ceiling windows and lots of light. There are two bathrooms and I mainly use my en-suite . So you mostly have your own bathroom. We have a private outside terrace front and back and there is a washer and separate dryer.

There is a dinning table and lots of space in the lounge.

It is a really friendly community in the development.

Selhurst station is short walk or there is 5 min bus ride to west or East Croydon (from right outside the development). London Bridge and Clapham Junction are both 10/15 mins from East Croydon.

I am a Deputy headteacher in a secondary school and a drama teacher.

I am a gay, friendly, sociable, clean and tidy and relaxed. Love to watch movies, TV and go to the theatre. I love an occasional night out and hosting a games night in.
