I've got a small double room to rent in my house. All bills are included so the monthly rent is the only amont payable each month. This includes 100mps fibre optic broadband.

The bedroom: The bedroom has all the usual furniture (bed, wardrobe and there is room for a desk). I've uploaded a video of the room. There is also an additional wardrobe in the hallway directly outside the room for extra storage!

Living room: The living room is very spacious and I've got a 50 inch TV for watching Netflix! I can provide a desk in the bedroom if needed.

Kitchen: There is loads of storage and a large american fridge/freezer and a seperate large fridge/freezer. There is also a table for eating. I've also invested in a dishwasher!

Bathroom: The whole bathroom is brand new with ample storage.

Cellar: The house has a large cellar- ample room for storage.

Garden: Quite a good sized garden. The garden is shared with a studio flat.

Location: The house is in a great location, just a 5/10 minutes walk into central Croydon. It is also just a 15 minutes walk to East Croydon station and a 10 minute walk to Waddon station- both with quick trains to Victoria/London Bridge. The house is also a short walk from a park (for anyone who likes jogging) and a large Morrisons.

Housemates: Current household are all considerate and friendly and working in a mixture of public aviation, IT, research and hospitality. Everyone helps out with cleaning and taking the bins out and is respectful not to make too much noise, particularly late at night.
