I have a Double room in Purley (CR8) 2-3mins walk to Purley Station and 20-25 mins to central London i. e. London Bridge/Victoria. It's spacious, suitable for 1 person, fully furnished with one double bed, double wardrobe, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave. All the bills and wifi inclusive. Currently the house is occupied by a couple, no kids.
Measurement of the room - 14 ft x 10 ft approx
This room also benefited with a separate 3 ft x 3ft approx storage room ideal for storing luggages etc.
The room is currently empty, brand new double bed, fridge/freezer and microwave will be provided.
It's £120 per week and a one week of deposit.
