Hi there,
We are a young couple both working full-time as placement students in London from July 24 to ~ Sep 25 and are looking for a flatmate (or a couple) to share an apartment (ideally 3 or 4 bedrooms, we'll be taking 2 bedrooms) in East Croydon, approx. 5 mins walking to East Croydon Station.

Currently we're having some very nice places in mind and would love to have a chat to discover any opportunities. A heads up is that we don't have a guarantor and have to pay rent in advance if required, therefore we would prefer someone who willing to do the same.

A bit about us:
We are both international students from Vietnam and will be working 9 to 5. Thus, we prefer to live in a relaxed and quiet space as we all have paperwork to do at home, and won't bring friends home without noticing in advance.
We are friendly, VERY clean and don't smoke. Pet friendly apartments are also welcomed. Some of our hobbies are badminton, gym, photography, watching anime and gaming sometimes. We also like cats
