15 mins walking distance to Norbury Station which has has trains to London Bridge and Victoria - 25 mins into the city - I travel daily to London Bridge.
Bus links to Brixton (30 mins), Tooting (30 mins), Streatham (20 mins).
Off London Road where you have a huge variety of restaurants.
There are 2 Gyms in the area, Nuffield and TheGym.
