We’re looking for a non-smoking professional to join our friendly flat share (no social smokers please) on a short-term basis while I visit family abroad. You should be mature, quiet, clean and tidy. You’ll need to be happy to live with a cat.

Fully-furnished double room available in friendly house to share with Anna (civil servant, 33) and Freddie (the cat). At the other end of the garden is a garden cottage where our friend, Dean lives. The room is available from 3 January 2026 (though earlier can be arranged as I’m leaving on the 19th), until the end of March / mid April.

We are two minutes from Mitcham Common, 10 minutes from Mitcham Eastfields Station, 1 minute from 463 bus stop, and 3 minutes from 45 bus stop. Both are great transport links.

House has all mod cons including central heating, washing machine, Sky TV and high speed broadband. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week, and a lovely garden.

We're on Council Tax band D and pay £245 between three of us but that is included in the rent.

Rent is £900 pcm plus a £600 deposit, and is inclusive of all bills.
