The rent is £855 for single and £955 for double occupancy

The room is on the ground floor, with sole access to the back garden (with an access to the ravensbury park) - garden is fully decked, half covered with the transparent roof.

The house is in a safe and a very quiet neighbourhood on the Wandle riverside - you may only hear the birds. We are adjacent to the Ravensbury Park and close to transport links:

3 minutes away from bus stops which serve various stations; Morden, 5 minutes on the Northern line; Tooting Broadway 15 minutes on the Northern line; Brixton, 45 minutes on the Victoria line; also for Tooting, Streatham, Sutton and Belmont maximum journey time 20 minutes.

5 minutes to the tram stop from where you can go to Central London:
Wimbledon in 10 minutes for the District Line and Overground and to Victoria in 25 minutes or Waterloo in 30 minutes.

The room is fully furnished, each room having:
- High-speed internet broadband
- bed (with excellent orthopedic mattresses)

The rent also covers all bills, including electricity, gas, water, wireless internet, TV, council tax.

weekly cleaning of communal areas (kitchen, bathroom, toilet, stairs , landings, etc) is done on a rota.

A deposit of 1 month's rent is required, good references preferred.
