Boxpark open all day with lots of different culture foods to choose from. All night buses from london of the northern line 264 every 10 mins making your journey to Victoria or London Bridge less then a hours journey. Trams to Wimbledon 20 mins, district line to London every 2 mins from Wimbledon.

Lots of parks in walking distance for exercise, Mitcham common, Wandle Park, Waddon ponds and beddington park and short bicycle ride. Valley park has shops jdsports, Lidl is a short drive by car and a big Salisbury’s Purley way. Ikea, Cinema, McDonalds, The Gym and Next shops. Aldi and Lidl open with Starbucks 15 mins walk or less time by bus.

IKEA services breakfast, lunch and dinner very cheap prices.

Croydon is a big town with Mayday hospital very close only 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Would prefer a female lodger. But ok with a quiet non smoking gentleman. Please no smokers.
