Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate a beautiful very spacious flat. I would personally prefer a member from the LGBTQ+ community ideally but open, with a good credit score so they won’t need a guarantor or have a guarantor I really value cleanliness and a peaceful environment that doesn’t mind occasional gatherings . The flat is just 15 minutes by train to London Bridge and Victoria Croydon might seem far, but it’s very well connected. Some of the furniture will be upgraded, and I’ll post pictures soon. There are two rooms: one en-suite, which is more spacious and costs a bit more, and a smaller room, which I currently use, if they’d prefer a lower rent. I’m open-minded, and they can have friends overI just ask for a calm, sane, and respectful vibe. The walls are thick, so noise doesn’t travel much. I’m friendly, and they’re welcome to come by, visit, and discuss expectations. Feel free to reach out!
