Very spacious, comfortable and bright large double bedroom in a relaxed garden flat on Westwood Hill near Sydenham and Crystal Palace.

The room is large and bright, and can come furnished with double bed and other bits; a working desk and chair, lights, in built cupboard, ironing board and iron, chest of drawers, two large mirrors, bed side table, hairdryer, bookcase, kettle, comp tea and coffee. These bits can be removed apart from the bed atm. Depends if you’re looking for a long term or short term stay.

The kitchen and living room is spacious and open plan and is shared. Very nicely decorated, and the bathroom has bath and shower etc.

The flat is a five min walk from two of the Crystal Palace Park entrances and other parks.

Near by trains Sydenham (8 min walk) Crystal Palace (10 min walk) and Sydenham Hill (20 mins) with lots of bus links, the nearby 176 taking you into Tottenham Court Road.

The place is creatively decorated with an earthy vibe and a relaxing open plan lounge with corner sofa, large kitchen and dining area, that leads out to a very spacious back garden.

The bedroom is a great size so it’s worth having a look.

The local area has an abundance of cafes, independent shops, bars, food and drink markets, vintage shops and parks. Some great restaurants from 400 Rabbits in Crystal Palace, to Bona pizza in Forest Hill and Tofu - Japanese spots in Crystal Palace and some great pubs from the Sparrowhawk to Sylvan Post in Forest Hill.

Sydenham, Crystal Palace and Forest Hill high streets are on the doorstep. Parks within a five to ten-minute walk from the flat include Crystal Palace Park, Sydenham Wells and Mayow Park. During the summer there are lots of events on in Crystal Palace Park (post COVID)

There are two local swimming pools within walking distance - Forest Hill and Crystal Palace and a new Everyman cinema in Crystal Palace.

Transport Links - The flat is a ten-minute walk from Sydenham train station and 20 minutes from Sydenham Hill, both with direct links to London Bridge, Victoria and Blackfriars. (20 minutes). Sydenham has the Orange Line with links direct to East and North London; Shoreditch to Hampstead Heath. There is a bus stop right outside the flat with buses that go to Crystal Palace, Forest Hill, Herne Hill (where there is a great Sunday market), Croydon and other destinations. There is free car parking outside the flat.
