We are looking for a weekday (Monday-Friday) lodger for our spare double bedroom in a beautiful Victorian detached house in Crystal Palace.

The room is a newly decorated double bedroom on the second floor. It comes furnished with a chest of drawers, desk/chair, double bed and bedside table. There is further storage under the bed. You will have sole access to a large bathroom.

The house is located ~5 minutes walk from the Crystal Palace triangle and ~15 minutes walk from Crystal Palace train station. There is onstreet free parking outside the house. There are a wealth of cafes, restaurants and pubs within a short walk from the property.

You will be sharing with our family, which includes a doctor and a lawyer and our two children (5 and 2). All bills and wifi are included in the price. We are looking for someone who can stay 4-nights/5-days per week (Monday-Friday). We provide your own small fridge and use of the kitchen.
