I am looking for a quiet respectful person to live in this Bright furnished attic room with en-suite shower bathroom and mini kitchen. Comfortable Double bed, chest of drawers, table and chairs
Mini kitchen has fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and air fryer and cupboard for storage. Everything provided for basic cooking but you are welcome to use my kitchen too.
High speed broadband, includes all bills , Bedding and towels not provided.
Culmstock is a quiet rural village with a. 3 hourly bus to Taunton or honiton. Own transport would be desirable. M5 and Tiverton Parkway station 10 mins drive. Small shop/ cafe and popular pub in the village. Wellington 6 miles, Exeter 25. Great local river and hill walks. Other shops 2 miles.
You are welcome to use my kitchen if required but not my living room.
I share my house with one very quiet whippet.
