Hi I have a single bedroom with plenty of storage to rent. This is part of an extended 3 bedroom end of terrace house with plenty or space for relaxing in outdoors. The house is a clean and calm environment not to mention an open garden space to relax. The pictures you see is part of the whole house which has been refurbished throughout with new carpets, decor, fixtures and fittings. You will be sharing with a total of 3 which includes me, my partner both professionals and our son (9 year) and daughter (4 year old) very loving and warming.

Females occupancy ONLY so interests will be responded to this as is paramount to the household choice. Open to use the spaces in the house but no stay overs but visitors would be fine if communicated and agreed beforehand.

Particular preference to the following can smoke outside plenty of space if you do. I hope you are a person who is happy to live with young family.

Monthly rent includes all bills and council tax and free fibre broadband 1GB and mod cons available to use. Please note bathroom and all other facilities will be used as share no ensuite available. However I do have an additional WC down stairs and looking to incorporate an additional shower room in the future.

My house is situated in an ideal location close to both Upney and Becontree station (District Line). Either direction is a walking distance 12-15mins and with two buses taking you to the stations under 7-8 minutes. There is also Elizabeth Line connection via Chadwell Heath both bus routes include 62 and 368 also taking you to Barking town centre under 12-18 minutes vice versa. Also from Barking C2C available to West Ham, Limehouse and Fenchurch Street. Access to both cities and central London 10-15minutes commute.
