We are often busy with work , so we’re looking for a respectful, clean, and like-minded lodger who also appreciates a peaceful living environment.

Please Note:
• Rent: £650 p/m (single occupant only) – all bills included
• 1 month security deposit required
• No pets ( except cat) , overnight guests, or parties allowed. Please note I have an outdoor cat but it’s mostly outside.
• Weekly cleaning rota for shared spaces
• A legal lodger agreement will be signed
• Lodger must provide a valid passport (original + copy) at contract signing
