Hi,

I am looking to rent out my spare room in my 2 bed flat in Dalkeith.

Your room comes fully furnished with plenty of storage space and black-out curtains. If you have your own smart tv, perfect! There is no Ariel in the room.

Shared Livingroom, Kitchen and Bathroom. However the shower and bath will only be used by you. (I have my own shower).

The shared kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven and gas hob plus microwave, kettle and toaster. As well as a dishwasher and washing machine.

I am a 34 year old professional male (non-smoker). Who works away from home. I will only be in the flat for a few days at a time every 1-2 months. So technically you will have my flat to yourself most of the time.

Rent is £625pcm. Rent includes fibre broadband, council tax and building/grounds maintenance. Gas and Electricity is not included.

My ideal flatmate should be clean, tidy and trustworthy.

Dalkeith has a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurant's and parks. Easy access to Edinburgh and beyond by car or the number 3 bus is a 5 minute walk from my flat and that takes you into the centre of Edinburgh in roughly 40 minutes, the number 3 is also 24/7.

I have set 01/03/25 as the available date however this is negotiable.
