Hello,

I am renting out the second bedroom in my house. I will be working away, so you will have the whole house to yourself (except for my bedroom).

As I won’t be living in the house, you will be responsible for some of the bills. Gas and electricity costs range between £100-£150 per month, depending on your usage. Wi-Fi is included.

The house is located in the Mayfield area, which is nice and quiet. There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, with buses that take you to Edinburgh city centre in less than an hour. The room comes furnished with a double-sized sofa bed, a bedside table, a mirror, and a large wardrobe.

I’m looking for a professional or student, preferably someone who isn’t a party person, and who will respect and keep the house clean.
