Hello! We have 2x bright double unfurnished rooms available in our lovely Stoke Newington Flat. Available from 16th April but can be flexible up to 24th April.

Room 1 (£1090 pcm, bills inc): This is the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. It has its own private balcony (perfect for summer) and massive windows with excellent natural light. Enough space for a bed, desk and storage.

Room 2 (£826 pcm, bills inc): This is the ‘cosy double’ on the first floor. While smaller, it can still fit a bed, clothes rack and a small desk. Its window gets lovely morning sun and overlooks the communal garden & nearby common.

Both rooms have wooden floors and share a large separate storage room (ideal for bulky items or even to use as a little office).

About the flat:
The flat is split over two levels, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet each and good water pressure. The shared kitchen/living room features French doors that open up to a balcony that has lovely views over the common. Lots of natural light and enough outside space to fulfil your balcony garden dreams.

It is a relaxed and friendly queer household. You will be sharing with a couple, Claudia (30yrs) who works in film and Niamh (31yrs) who is completing her pHD and working (!) on sustainable food systems. It’s a sociable house but not a party house — we love cooking, watching films and TV, but also respect each other’s space.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building. The neighbours are quiet and it doesn’t feel like you’re living on top of each other. There’s also ample space to lock and store bikes.

Location:
The flat is well connected to loads of buses going south into the city and north to seven sisters. It’s also a 5 minute walk to Stoke Newington station and a 15 minute walk to Clapton station. However, the best part is being so close to lovely Church Street shops and cafes and ample green spaces like Abney Park, Clissold Park, Stoke Newington common and Hackney Downs.

About You:
We’re looking for someone kind and respectful, who is looking for a friendly space to call home. Ideally you’ll be working or studying and in your late 20s to mid 30s.
