Hi!

We have a lovely en suite room available in our flat from 1st March. Room is furnished.

Current flatmates are Jake (27) and Sophie (33) we’re both always down for a chat, a chilled TV night or trip to the pub, but also often out doing our own thing seeing friends, at the gym, etc. We’re looking for someone who wants a similar balance of a friendly flat but with our own things going on too. LGBT friendly is a must!

Some more details on the flat - we have a small balcony and also a massive roof area in the building. There’s a 24 hour concierge which is ideal for parcels. We’re 5 mins walk to Dalston Junction, 7 mins to Kingsland, 10/15 min walk to London Fields. We're looking for someone who helps keep the flat clean and tidy.

Our contract is 8 months into a 24 hour contract :) Bills are around 50-60, and council tax is 55
