Heya!
We’re looking for someone to fill a double room in our gorgeous house on Caledonian Road (N1), as unfortunately our friend is moving out.
ROOM:
The room comes furnished with loads of storage space, a desk, wardrobe, shelves. It’s located on the top (3rd) floor of the property, so there’s plenty of privacy.
HOUSE:
The property is a 3-bed, 2-bathroom house with a very spacious kitchen and a cosy living room — check the pics! It’s a 10 minwalk to the Overground and 15 min to King’s Cross Station. It’s also just a 12 min walk from beautiful Angel, as well as all the supermarkets you could need.
FLATMATES:
You’ll be living with me, a 25-year-old sound engineer from Greece, and Zach, also 25, an event director from New Jersey.
We’ve been living in the house for a year now and are excited to welcome a new third flatmate. We’re very chill, love to socialise, go to pubs, gigs, cook together, watch films, and even travel together.
